I havn't seen a lot of people with this kind of material in there cue. I think I like the EL 20 the best. Not to much like the others.

That is blue ivory. Or maybe just turquoise. The cues you showed were nice, but I think a lot of people don't like turquoise in a cue.

It's definitely turquoise, which is a type of semi-prescious stone that is often used in jewelry. Most cuemakers use reconstituted turquoise (like that in the pictures you linked to), which is turquoise that has been ground into dust and small pieces (also often mixed with dyes and other materials) and cemented together with resin.

If you like turquoise, check out this Terbrock cue.

That is an awesome looking cue!!!. What is that thing worth?. I love how they put it on the shafts too!. There a link to this cue?. Who makes this?.

It is reconstituted turquoise. It is bits of turquoise that is set into a stabilizer base, which makes it a bit more stable and easier to work with. It is often sold in thin sheets for use as inlay material.

Turquoise in it's traditional form is simply too prone to fracturing and breakage without stabilizing it.

Keith Josey uses it in quite a few of his cues also. http://joseycues.com/

Here's a few pics of the forearm and then the butt that goes with the forearm.
