What is your HIGH RUN?

In Straight pool, 78.
In Snooker (6'x12') 67 playing with Tom Kollins at Chris's Billiards in Chicago.
In 1 pocket, 15 & out and the next game 10 & out playing Mike Mellon at Ultimate Billiards in 2010.

In Carom Billiards (straight rail) 447. Mid-Late 60's.
In 18.2 Balkline 92. Late 60's.
In 3 Cushion in an Exhibition 50-point match, 24 in 1983 at State & Madison Billiards in Rockford, IL.
In Sanctioned ABA tournaments, 16 (Twice).

My high run was on Mount Wilson at 7,500 feet. I lasted about a minute and a half! I thought I saw a mountain lion. It turned out to be a small wildcat. It was more afraid of me then I was of it.

I ran nine banks (short rack) on my buddy Warren Kiamco at my house with a tight Diamond table. Five and out, four and hung up my out ball.
My greatest feat in pool was kicking in four balls in a row in a game of 9-Ball (pre jump cues). All the balls were a diamond or so from the pocket and I hit each one flush and directly into the pocket! I've never seen that done by anyone else back then or now. Do that only twice in a row and you've done something!

Playing league pool, there were several matches where I ran out all five games I played in the first inning. Eight Ball of course. Five matches, five innings, five wins.

By game.

My high run is:
-5 racks of 9 ball and
-3 racks of 8 ball.

NOT PLAYING THE GHOST.

I've done 3-4 racks of 9 ball countless times. And ran sets to the hill out if you count snookering the opponent and then continuing the run. But let's just stick to straight break and runs. And PLEASE GIVE US THE ACTUAL NUMBER. Unfortunately I realize I'm giving my actual high run and most will add 50% lol.
193. Shooting for the thus far elusive 200. 😁

5 racks of 9B, 4 racks of 8B on my GCI with 4.125" corners and 4.875" sides.

Nice playpen dude!!👍🏻

If I'm being serious about the op. In 9 ball (on a decent 9ft table) - 6. In 8 ball - 7, in straight pool (can count the number of times I've played on one hand) - 54, in snooker - 83 on a 10 footer, 76 on a 12 footer. In golf, five holes. In 3 cushion 5 points.

J, you need to put a set of regular balls on a Snooker table and play 14:1.😂

I saw you run 14 for the cash in Chicago. I don't remember who you were playing at Chris'. I went home and asked Allen about you. I never forgot his response. He said, "Do you know Harry Sims?" I said yes. He said "Do you think he's a good player?" Yes again. He now tells me that you would spot him 15 to 50! Is that true?

I've never seen bank pool quite that good in person but locals tell me Kirkwood has run 12 racks of bank pool. 4 kicks ins in a row would make me so frustrated if I had you locked down with good safes!

In 3C I love ran 4 once, with coaching I've ran 5 twice and lots of 4’s.

I’m not good at 3C, it’s wonderful to watch anyone who can run 10+ or average above 1 in tournaments

I’m not worried about the purple 5 showing up on a 3C table anytime soon😃

Only happened once in my life and it was more luck then skill. I couldn't believe it either. They just kept thumping in the pocket and I was hooked again. Jason Kirkwood was an A+ player, capable of beating anyone at anytime. Everyone thought him to be primarily a bar table player. How wrong they were! I saw him demolish Tony Watson (in his prime) on the big table when everyone was betting against Jason. Jaybird was one cool customer! Always stayed low key and always got the money. For many years he would come to the BCA and take over the open table (bar table), where they were betting 20 a game. He would just keep on winning game after game until they all quit. Good players too. Amazing!

Eric, believe or not, we now have more colors for the 3C balls than, Yellow, Red & White.
