Looks to be 3/8-10 and aluminum insert.
Are you asking who made it based on the joint? Otherwise, it appears to be a flat faced wood to wood joint with aluminum insert, but why ask when it's obvious?
I would like to know the "name" of the joint like if it's 3x8/10, wood to wood or any others. Thanks.
Bulletnosed 3/8 10. Aluminum insert and phenolic collars, I think.
