What shoes do you wear when playing pool?

new balance 1260 v4 or v5 with the nb1200 memory foam stability inserts. it's the pure nutz.

When I am at the table I only shoot in:

Nike, Birkenstock, Sanuk, any flip flop, Johnston & Murphy, or any other shoes I own.

I only buy comfortable shoes, so I only shoot in what is comfortable.

I like my Sanuk's. They are extremely comfortable and $35 on Amazon. Throw them on with a pair of shorts and a nice button down and you are shooting in both comfort and style.

Tramp, I hate the fussing. I'm gonna tell Mom you didn't eat your vegetables.

I actually love crucip...crewcif...broccoli, except for it giving me gas.

I wasn't meaning to be snide. This forum has been here long enough so that a lot of things come full circle.
As a matter of fact I've been thinking about getting a pair of these. They'd be great for those pesky hard to reach shots.

I'm trying to come up with a where footwear is less important than pool.

So far I've come up with swimming

Usually mine, but other people's if I can't find them. I can play equally well with tight or loose laces but it is critical that left and right are equally tight (or loose). I sincerely hope this helps you.

Scrabble comes to mind.

I play barefoot so that the natural energy from the earth is channelled upwards to my head.

When I said we had covered this topic before, it just now came to me what I had come up with the last time. It was these very shoes.
Wear these to your local pool hall and you're sure to draw a crowd.

REI has amazing insoles. The good ones are around $50 and they are super firm and contoured. I have around 15 or so pairs of shoes/boots. I slip the insoles into any pair and I'm golden. I can go to the hall in a suit or denim, and my feet feel the same.

I wear Dunham or Ecco shoes... they are great.

Solid shoes with super comfort...

Tennis shoes, loafers, steel toes. whatever happens to be on my feet. After work steel toes, tournaments tennis shoes mostly.

I have 2 pairs that I will wear. One pair is Adidas NEO Vulc. They have the "Ecolite" insole and are extremely comfortable.

The other pair are Asics Gel Unifire TR running shoes. They're lightweight with a gel insole. Really comfortable with good support for long sessions. I also wear these for work.

Nice!!!:smile:Damn,look so sexy:embarrassed2:
Reminds me on hair on a cow pattern:smile::p:p:smile:
Only thing that bothers me is I don't think they are suitable for One Pocket!
LoL

I'm a vain sob and refuse to wear ugly shoes unless absolutely necessary (running mostly). Lately I've been wearing either white Nike Frees, which are as close to ugly as I get for casual wear, or navy Chucks. But, I just got me some new leather sneakers that will probably be my new pool playing shoes, super comfy:

I like my shoes to have relatively little heel lift as I find it makes it harder to get down low for the shot, which is my preference. All winter long I wear some sort of boot except when playing pool when I opt for a lower profile shoe for just that reason.
