what to do in this situtation???

Added, Edited,

i need to say something here
i dont want anyone thinking i'm pissed off or putting down noel about this
i'm just trying to reach him in whatever means i can
i know for a fact that there are some people in the phillipines that have had contact with him recently
noel is a super guy

added: i am in no way whatsoever implying that noel is a deadbeat
i know he is not
there are always the unforseen circumstances
last time i couldn't reach him for quite awhile,
i later learned he was very sick in the hospital
i just hope that is not the case this time
I'M NOT A HARDASS. JUST IMPATIENT :D

i just want to know what the hell to do with the cue
i hate having things left "undone"
that's just me

I will take it!!

Good, now am selling his cue too. :)
Maybe he is really startiing his own tv network there?

Well, if you both are selling the cues he is getting from you, I will take them both.:D Hey, the guy probably has a nice design style, as seen in brent's cue, and therefore why not get 2 cues that have longer wait times, for no wait.
I like this guy already!!!

I heard his Southwest and Sugartree are also ready, so I got emails into Laurie and Eric too!!!!:p

As someone has suggested, just give him a deadline like until the end of this month... I guess that's fairly long enough. I'm sure he'll understand `coz business is business. We just hope nothing serious has happened to him that's causing his absence :)

just make another

Sell the cue if he does not respond in a timely manner, then tell him you will make another if he still wants it, and this time suggest a 50% retainer to keep you both earnest. Do not be bashfull about a downpayment, ever, you must respect your craft and skills, and you have expenses to meet. If you act as a businessman, he will value your cues even more I think.

i'm from the opinion that when you order ANYTHING, no matter how long the wait, you should have the funds already or at least be able to acquire them relatively quick there after and they should not be touched. you don't go to the store with out any cash (unless of course your a thief) or order something by phone or online without a way to pay for things right?? what makes buying/ordering cues any different? even if there comes a time during the wait that an unforeseen circumstance arises and the money has to be used for something else, which happens, than it's the responsibility of the buyer to let the seller know if there could be an issue with replacing the funds. imo the onus is always on the one who initiates a transaction to keep the other party informed if they see an issue of any kind from their end. patience can be a virtue but it can also be headache and lost money as well. emailing him was the right thing to do imo and if the response is not to your liking, sell the cue (for double ;) ). my .02

Noel might be in a no-net area right now.
I'll hold his cue when I make a trip down the islands this December.
But if he doesn't show up at Edwin's place, his cue is gone. :)

noel had one of his buddies contact me and ask for my phone number
he's been unable to get to emails
bet this phone call will cost him a pretty penny
so, just waiting to hear from him
i think they are 12 or 13 hours difference?????
