GG11 said:I liked Actionhound and Jude's shot options. My only concern would be the banking options left and the safety play back. It's amazing how if you don't walk around the table on these shots, you don't even see all the options. This shot never even occurred to meBad exercising on my part!! Thanks for the input!!
The Bank-Kicking it in options just scare me! Though I really just enjoyed the creative thinking so thanks SuperGreenMan & Uwate! However, just for clarity, the CB and 7 were extremely close together. The double hit is very very possible. It's hard to show that on Cuetable. Probably should have written that in.
I agree. I attempted to do this and sold out the shot!! I made a poor decision and then on top of that poorly executed the shot, and deservingly so, racked the balls for my opponent! BAD GG, BAD!!![]()
Patience is what I didn't have and it cost me. I actually thought to tap it and hope to freeze it, and just went, "ah, whatever!"
Oh, patience, why do you abandon me so often??
Extremely creative! Again, the double hit would be a factor hear as well. The CB & 7 were very very close. But if you hit it right, I could see how this would be an option. But I agree with Jude, the sellout here could be dangerously looming, especially at my low-handicapped capabilities. But thank you Bob for yet another option I never even considered!
Russ, where do you think they got the grass, and do you think they're local????![]()
Thanks SJM, I really love reading them and learning from them and figured why let you and Jude have all the fun!!!This is a good place to tap into some creative minds about pool! Even better than Yahoo Pool!
LOL Jude
Thanks9ballrun! Anyone else heading to the Ocean State Championships this weekend in Rhode Island??
TD873, WOW! I'm so impressed that you actually went and shot the shot for a bit! Kudos to you for being so proactive!! I'd have quoted your whole post, but my post looks pretty long already!! But I like the word "Doh!" so I had to include it! Your testing seem to concur with SJM right? Thanks for the insight! I went and tried it on a table myself and I did like the tapping of the 7 best as well!!
Again, thanks again guys for all you help!! I really enjoyed reading everyone's ideas!!
I totally love you and your long-as-hell post! I also give you the award for most exclamation points at a time, as always
