whats the best non simonis cloth on the market

... I wanna switch it up this time so no simonis. So what do yall think?

Unfortunately some peeps felt the need to rehash Milliken vs. Simonis
Both are a quality product but to that end here's 2 references - draw your own conclusion -

Pics below that show ball marking on both MSP and Simonis.
Many peeps think ball marks are cloth wear which is not the case - regardless of which
worsted cloth one uses you will get ball marks as evidenced in the pics.

Assuming you intend to stick with a worsted cloth there are several good choices with a somewhat wide price range.
All should give good life and play well in a home environment with a proper installation.
What I don't know is what style of Simonis you have now. If you have 860 then most
of the alternatives are going to be inherently faster due to composition.
860 - 90/10
760 - 70/30
Tour Ed - 70/30
Milliken SP - 70/30
Hainsworth Elite Pro - 70/30 (this is sold as Olhausen Accuguard)
ProForm - 70/30
Velocity Pro - 85/15
Granito - 88/12
Mali 866 - 100/0

Any of the above will play well when installed properly so it may come down
to what you want to spend or color but keep in mind the cloth is only 1 aspect of
how well a table plays. What's best is a matter of opinion.

Note that these 2 pics were not taken at the same distance but if you look
closely they both show ball marking. Pics supposedly taken 6 months after install.

Thanks for the info yall. Especially dartman. Im gonna try out velocity pro for a while. if it sux im only out a little over a hundred bux. If its really bad ill switch up real quick to champ tour edition.

And with all this bickering going on im just gonna try everything out from now on, its easier than coming on here and askin anybody anything. I can tell u how half of these guys are gonna vote before i even post the thread so im not gonna bother again.

BTW everyone makes a valid point, but its just cloth guys not the cure to cancer. Chill. ;)

Ok....I have finally had enough of this.

John, Craig and Roger.....all of you....the very next time you post anything toward each other will be the last thing you do here. I don't care if you say even "Good Morning", you will be done.

I have been as patient as I think anyone would dare ask with my handeling of you, but alas....the party IS over.

John, you especially.

Take Craigs picture down right now.

That came about 4 pages later than I expected.

John, don't want to start with you but you always seem to be getting into fights on AZ.
I think you need to cool down and sell your cases not arguing.
BTW they are a fine product.

I agree. It just does not look good arguing all the time when you have a business. You might not care, but I know it has cost you some business. Not saying you are right or wrong...that is not the point.

I agree,

There's a fine line between a debate and an argument.

One thing I like about JB is that he isn't afraid to debate. Never met the guy, but he's committed the better part of his livelyhood to pool. Gotta give anyone huge props for being able to do that.

But here on AZ, less is more. The most persuasive posts are not even as long as this one. :D
