... I wanna switch it up this time so no simonis. So what do yall think?
Unfortunately some peeps felt the need to rehash Milliken vs. Simonis
Both are a quality product but to that end here's 2 references - draw your own conclusion -

Pics below that show ball marking on both MSP and Simonis.
Many peeps think ball marks are cloth wear which is not the case - regardless of which
worsted cloth one uses you will get ball marks as evidenced in the pics.
Assuming you intend to stick with a worsted cloth there are several good choices with a somewhat wide price range.
All should give good life and play well in a home environment with a proper installation.
What I don't know is what style of Simonis you have now. If you have 860 then most
of the alternatives are going to be inherently faster due to composition.
860 - 90/10
760 - 70/30
Tour Ed - 70/30
Milliken SP - 70/30
Hainsworth Elite Pro - 70/30 (this is sold as Olhausen Accuguard)
ProForm - 70/30
Velocity Pro - 85/15
Granito - 88/12
Mali 866 - 100/0
Any of the above will play well when installed properly so it may come down
to what you want to spend or color but keep in mind the cloth is only 1 aspect of
how well a table plays. What's best is a matter of opinion.
Note that these 2 pics were not taken at the same distance but if you look
closely they both show ball marking. Pics supposedly taken 6 months after install.
