Yep those are 1/2" narrow crown staples combined with the 3-M 10 glue. If you're using the nice neoprene facings, make sure you scuff or lightly sand off that slick sheen on the glue side and it holds a lot better

Is 3M-10 a spray adhesive or type of contact cement?

Its a roll on or brush on contact cement. If you are just doing facings, you can get any type of contact cement. The 3M-10 is hard to find locally most of the time, so you can use the DAP Weld Wood contact cement instead.
