I dint see a welcoming section on here but felt the need to break the ice with post number 1. My names Mark, I play in the eastern IA area. I have been a sidelines reader on here for quite a while but finally decided to join in. So, Hello.

I'm from Galesburg so we're neighbors. There are several posters from your neck of the woods so you'll have company in no time. If I remember right Diveney Cues are up in that part of the country as well. Right?

Hey John, I am familiar with grinnell. Im pretty sure ive traveled through during some cross state pheasant expeditions. I seen ya came to my area in the recent past, if u ever come again make sure to hit me up.

Hey Larry, Ill make sure to tell him u said hi, hopefully he picks a cue up and hits around some soon since winter is coming, its seasonal for him, but he helps my game alot when he decides to play. Im still doing good, just starting to get back into pool more, starting to get serious with the game and hope to get higher up on the ladder....

Call me if you ever wanna go hit em around . Im trying to learn a little about one pocket and have been playing players that are far better than me at one pocket but im learning a few moves here and there and just love the game . Pm me anytime you wanna go practice and ill give you my number .

It's always nice to see more people from our area. I'm in Waterloo... if any of you are ever coming to town, let me know and we can meet up at the Break Room and play some. I don't play one pocket or 14.1, but should be a bit of a challenge in 8ball or 9ball.
 
hey man if you come down here chasing roosters give me a shout I can probably put you on some good ground. We also have a little hole in the wall with 3 nine footers so bring your cues to. PM and I will get you my cell #.
 
Welcome, im kind of new here too and have managed not to piss any one off (yet)....wish i could do that in real life.
