What's with all the non-pricing?

I don't think some people realize that it often hurts a possible sale for not posting a price. I have never sent a pm when a buyer doesn't list a price. If it was a cue that I just had to have, then I would send a pm...but it just has not happened up to this point. I have talked to a few other people, and they have also said that they have also never pm'ed for a price. There are many times that a seller will jump on a cue when they see a great price on it. I can say that I am a buyer on any cue, if I think the price is good enough. Just not going to pm a seller to see if the price is to my liking.

I can see people not wanting to list prices on high end cues, but I think it benefits everyone to list a price on low and medium priced cues.

That is the only reason why guy`s does that. Free bump.....avoid respecting the rules.

If it doesn't have pics and a price,I am moving on.You wanna sell something, show me pics and list a price.IMO it is very unprofessional.I ain't PM'ing no body for a price or pics.On another forum that I am a member of,no pics or no price, your thread is taken down by the Mods in minutes. And a seller is not allowed to ask for "Paypal" as a gift. You wanna sell your item? Show it to me,and tell me your asking price. So unprofessional,IMO.

Just traded 11K in Cues. No prices were posted.

Now sure that was only 5 Cues between the two of us but neither of us posted prices. We talked on the phone. I will not as a practice answer PM price questions unless I know you. You have to call.
Works for me,
Nick :)

Does this statement imply that:
You made a deal advantageous to you because because you didn't post prices? or
You would not have been able to make a deal if you had posted prices? or
You make your cues available to a limited group of people and therefore its better not to post prices?

Sorry. I've tried to make sense of this but I don't get the point.

Can't argue with a buying public that wants private selling. Many here are complaining but really many buyers don't want their new Cue shown here publicly especially with a price tag on it.

The only people that should have a problem with pictures and price of a cue they just bought remaining online are those that "flip" cues. I know there are several of those here. I agree with others that incomplete listings should be removed.
