Robley, I miss so much that my favorite shot is any shot that goes in...:sorry:

CueTable Help

Any time I see this shot on the table I get happy and make sure to get the perfect shape needed to make it. On a fresh table I get even happier because I can do even cooler things with that shot. I did this the other week. The guy I was playing acted like he saw the most amazing shot he had ever seen.

This is the first time I have ever used CT so my angles might not be right....just wanted to post the general idea.

Currently, these are my two "OOH OOH !! I love this shot!" layouts:

Nothing too fancy, but I did just recently find my stroke, so these are still new to me. :)

122 yards - a PERFECT 52 degree wedge (full swing).

if the temp is over 80 though, you can add a couple of yards to that ;) :D

sorry, don't think cuetable has the features to show that shot

simple straight back blind banks

I have loved simple straight back blind banks for years. No way to show the player's position on the cue table but it seems to always make the opponent's heart shrivel at least a little when you hit a bank towards a hole you can't see and move into position to shoot the next shot as soon as you hit the cue ball without a glance to see if the object ball will fall. Something sweet about those shots, seems I always know the ones hit right are falling the instant I hit the cue ball.

I always enjoy this shot...well....presuming I can stroke the ball that day (which is rare).

Ad this outside cross-side bank with inside english.

ooh, yeah, I forgot about the first one! I love power-draw shots! Like you, it has to be a good day to stroke it that well - on a good table, with good cloth and good cueball. lol

I gotta try that bank-position, it's built on top of my follow-with-inside stroke shot. :)

sorry, not the best drawing ever, but i suppose you get the idea... 2 frozen on the rail.

the guy who taught me this shot called it a cross-eyed bank...

doesnt always go, but good for a raised eye-brow or two when it does...

I know this is more of a simple one, but it's a shot I really feel comfortable with, and it usually gets a raised eyebrow, accompanied by a "Nice shot" from my opponent.
