"CTE Line" = CB center-to-OB edge
"Aimpoint Line" = CB edge-to-OB Aimpoint (A, B, C or 1/8)
"On" = sighting directly along the line through both points

This poll is anonymous, just to see how much uniformity there is among CTE users.

A new term? What is an "aimpoint line"? How about you learn the method and you tell us?

sometimes i dont even look at the cb and i just pick the lines up of the ob ... could you imagine if you were willing to discuss cte/pro1 at the level i shoot it? seeing that you having been strugling understanding the most basic of cte/pro1...:thumbup: you will never get it

Just wondering champ what level are you at with pro1?
Also wondering how long have you been using these type of systems.

ah ... can you not acknowledge my existence please! i tried to help you out nicely through PM's and just got back disrespect from you and i have never bragged about running racks either and only that i suck at pool and remember according to the cte pro's on here that dont even use cte/pro1, i know squat about it.

Ignore is actually an exact science Champ. It's a setting in forum software. "Pretty much on ignore" is like being a little pregnant, or having a touch of aids. Anyway thanks for the well wishes. I do plan to understand this thing. It's going to take time though cuz I have some matches to win in the process and don't want to go into them half baked. Your statement that you were the only one who really tried to help me boggles my mind. Did you not read all the thoughtful responses in that thread?
 
Since is is going off topic;

Consider this shot when answering this poll.

I'm right handed. Looking at the table as if racking, place a OB 4 inches from the corner pocket to the left of the rack. Place it 2 inches from the long rail.

Place the CB 4 inches from the OB and also 2 inches from the same long rail as the OB.

Shoot the shot with the cue stick behind your back.

This one shot shoots some many holes in so many systems and what is consider how to stroke.

Get your dominant eye over for the stick on this one.

Not to good for a pendulum stroke.

Not to easy to pivot either.

And how can you use CTE sight lines when your not even behind the cb?

yep i seen a lot in the "threads" good luck and let it go now, your fight is not with me and there are plenty of cte/pro1 users that will help you
