Gosh darn it -- I went for a late lunch, and when I came back, saw the thread was gone as well. I *knew* I'd lost that debate about the values of BCA instructors with a forum member by the name of "canwin"! I guess I'll have to rename my screenname to "didlose". :p

J/K. Seriously, I thought there were some great posts in that thread, defending both sides of the fence. Shame.

Why

I thought this was a good thread...some back and forth debate which is good...not to mention HOF Ray Martin giving an opinion.

I'm disappointed in AZ which I love and support. They let John Barton rant and rave all over the place and protect Dave Sutton when he clearly rips fellow AZ Members off and a good thread gets deleted?

I am really confused about this!

Speak up respected AZ Members!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
i was trying to go from page 1 to page 2 when it got pulled i guess, would like to have seen where the thread went.

If a thread gets out of hand they can lock it but still keep it visible for all to see. I am not sure why this wasn't done unless maybe the OP sent a PM to the MODs to delete the thread?? There was a debate in it but I didn't think it was going too bad between both sides. I hadn't checked on it for a couple of hours so it might have gotten a little messy.

with Jeff & Sean, and oh yeah PocketPoint.

The problem was referring to the bca instructers. If that had not been mentioned,I'm betting it still would be here.

Kinda makes me wonder now who did the most complaining about pocket point.

You can't challenge the members of the "good ole boys club."

I like funamentals. Any thread from PocketPoint is a funamental for me -- boatloads of "fun" watching people go "a-mental". :p

What's this "NA" you're going back to? Another anonymous group? :D

I, too, was reading the thread when it disappeared. Clicking to the next page and pooof! Gone.

I usually try to avoid the PP posts, and certainly have managed to refrain from posting in them. But seeing Mr. Martin involved did peak my curiosity.
 
BCA Instructors

If it was in fact due to the BCA or their instructors whom I supported on the thread why didn't they come back with a lucid position on their teaching methods?

Grades: A+ for the person starting the Thread

F- for the BCA and AZ Billiards

This is only true if the BCA did influence the post removal!
 
Like other people have said, there were some really good points and debates going back and forth..... Weird?

I think PP nailed a topic for once and it got deleted......
