Where Is Mika?

he's too busy playing WoW to play pool. he's trying to max out his cleric. i know cause he's in my guild. if anyone wants to join us for a raid later on just let me know.

Mika played very sporty throughout the event, yet ended up unlucky in the final match. Well, not kind of unlucky I would say, because he didn't control the cue ball good enough... three times... with alternate breaks that paid in no time. 5-10 down and though he had some sign of a comeback (8-10), that was all he could do. Nick Malaj, his opponent from Albania, had another two breaks to seal the deal, so he did.

As soon as Matchroom came up with the idea of ranking events points, it was obvious players like Hohmann and Immonen are out, unless they win all the majors in the US and the World titles. The reason is they don't play on Eurotour since they don't live in Europe. And Eurotour events were ranking events.

Vahmurka - Hohmann won the world 14:1 championship back in August I think. Now that's a Major in the pool world I'd say and he also topped it off with a WCOP title with Ralf in September and we all know how good the WCOP is!

I think Hohmann was quite unfortunate not to be selected for the European team considering what he had done this year compared to Feijen for example. Feijen played well in the Mosconi and won it for us...I just think Hohmann was I fortunate.

He sacrificed an animal (poor animal :() and the Gods revealed the secrets to him in a dream so he moved to the mountains to train. He goes climbing with his pet goat and meditate in the hot tub with monkeys.

Damn I though I was the only one lol

After the Russian tournament he was here in Helsinki (Finland) to celebrate his birthday, and played in a local 10-ball HCP tournament in his old home pool hall Ritz Billiards.

This is the final from Sunday, 18th of December: http://youtu.be/CFg0Ws42IRU against Valtteri Virtanen, race to 7, alternative breaks.
