Where to get a new spot/dot?

I have a pretty standard sticker style dot to indicate where the head ball of the rack should go. My daughter picked at it and started to try to peel it off before I could stop her and now I cannot make it go completely flat again.

I need a new one and do not know the easiest/cheapest way to get one.

Black Sharpie, No cost, last forever and never another problem with the spot. Looks better IMO. Just a dot, 1/8" little dot perfect never have to play over it again.

If you don't have a spot on your pool table you will damage the cloth, the head ball is forced straight down on the opening break and will break down the pool table cloth and leave a divot/hole where the head spot is.
The foot spot is a very important part of the game.

I'm changed to a black sharpie. Not because of cost but I finally realized it's harder to get a tight rack with that spot if it wasn't perfect and new.

I've seen that happen even with a spot on the table. Usually a result of people tapping the head ball with another ball.

I agree. I have seen this happen over and over.

Then why do I have this divot in the cloth even when I used a dot religiously on the table? A thin paper sticker isn't going to stop that from happening. Maybe slow it down from happening as quickly.

Bingo! The apex ball friction is so great that it will even wear a hole in the adhesive spot over time.

Change the spot every couple of months and you won't get a divot.

At Seybert's the Telfco Spots are $2.51 for a can of 12 spots. Pool is an expensive sport.
