where to play in Chicago area

Im up here for the weekend and wanted to go play some......
i have no clue where to go.......hope someone can help

Chris billiards plenty of plays 50ish 9 foot tables and history to boot. colowr of money and hustler where shot there.

14.1 tourney this weekend at Red Shoes Billiards in the Southwest Suburb of Alsip-many strong players will be there-possibly Bobby Hunter, Tommy Karabatsos, John Zakzis, Dennis Walsh and George Pawelski from Wis.
This tournament should be good for most of what you may be seeking as a player and a spectator.
mind you- many of our rooms here are not fancy-
they are player rooms in which you'll find players.
A newer room would be Pressure Billiards on Clark St.
other places to see while in Chicago-
Marie's Golden Cue
and Chris's Billiards
what are you looking for from your pool experience?
The Derby City Classic starts on the 24th of January in Elizabeth, In, which is 4 hrs away from Chicago- it is the IronMan of Pool- it would be a worthwhile visit to see and have the chance to play the greatest in the world ;)

If you're in Schaumburg, the closest room to you will be Pyramid Billiards, in Addison. Decent room with decent food and decent equipment. ChicagoRJ plays out of there. PM him, and he'll likely play some with you.
