Looked all over the US open brackets and can't find Mike Dechaine. Anyone know anything?

Mike is playing in Trick Shot Magic, from what i understand Barry changed the date for the U.S. Open after Mike agreed to play in the Trick Shot tourney creating the conflict.

I actually met him at Ivory Billiards in Holyoke, ma last week. He was visiting with bruce barthelett and did some trick shots with my cue cause he left his at home. Seemed like a good guy and his stroke shots are incredible. Btw yes he is performing at Foxwoods (or mohegan sun I forget) this week with the rest of team USA in a trick shot competition.

I think if it were me I would rather play in the US Open than a trick shot thingy. I mean its the fricken US OPEN!

Maybe Mike had given his word he would compete in the trick shot event & after the US Open event had its date switch Mike honored his commitment?

He made a comment about it back when the conflict happened, whether here or on facebook, cant remember...

He wasn't happy about missing the us open, but had made the commitment, and if I recall, this trick shot competition could get him some overseas events, as well. That's just from memory, so it surely could be explained differently and/or better.

there was no indication of sarcasm

Sarcasm, like jokes, loose a bit of impact if you write after the statement...

THE ABOVE IS SARCASM AND/OR MEANT IN JEST PLEASE KEEP YOUR UNDIES UNBUNCHED.

THAT WAS SARCASM, combined with a minor case of "WTH are you thinking?"

Are you related to Joe Friday by any chance? "All we want are the facts."

That was pretty funny though, made me giggle like a girl.

That was a simile, I did not actually giggle like a girl, my voice does not go that high anymore.

Actually, I think I have an addition to my signature also, this is one classic post you made there.

The above "classic post" comment is my opinion and mine alone, azbilliards, it's affiliates and other members are not in any way approving or supportive of that comment and they may form other opinions about your post.

This concludes any disclaimers I feel are needed to avoid "Red Rep". Thank You.
