Post a WTB under $600 in the wanted for sale section sometimes you'll get cues you never knew you could afford that way.
As for new I here those pierce cues tommie sells are good. Jim lee would be a good one to wait on.

My guy is a new to AZ (tho he has been building cues for over 20 years). These two cues have been sold but it will give you a idea of the type of stunning cues he has to offer in your price range;

The OP has only $600 to spend, so I believe all 3 of these great new guys might be a little out of his range. But you never know.

I agree, I'm a huge huge fan of Eric's I think his is some of the best stuff around...it took a king time for me to find out what works. Here is a suggestion to do it all again here is my suggestion, start saving money, go to a show like VF and try cues till you fund one that suits your style OR order a cue directly from a Cuemaker but even then it may take a while to find what works.
