I would of quit when the other guy got even not because I am a nit cause 15 games of one pocket would of wore my big ass out. LOL :D

What the hell are all of you pool players doing awake at this time in the morning? When I played pool before I got a job I slept all morning. I guess I am just weak. LOL :sorry:

Thx Ray..talked to Gary n he said he got down 5 games at $100 to Danny..fought his way back to even..It was Danny's break & Danny asked him if he wanted to play for $200 a game & Gary said yes.,..Gary wins that game & Danny walks away & gets $200 & pays off & says I quit....If that's how it went down then that is quite nitty off Danny.

I do not really understand how quitting loser is nitty. If he raised on his break and then quit, I believe that would have been out of line. I find it kind of hard to criticize anyone for quitting loser. Now if he was up five at 100 and jacked to 200 on his break and quit after one game then that would be grounds for calling him a super nit.

Maybe I am missing something here but I never really fault someone for quitting loser. Can some of you enlighten me as to where I am wrong.

Thanks

Well Gary was tryin to lose a lil somethin and Danny only Lost a little under a quarter of that..Now does Danny gamble?Yes..Did he have to quit?Yes..So was he being nitty?No...If Gary would have won the first 5 games he would have won more..By the time they played then got even and pumped it, The financial situation fo the man staking Danny had changed...So Danny quit because he had no choice..Would you have rather him be like a lot of players now days and try and find a way to shoot the biscuit at Gary..I dont think so..Your bashin the man but he had no choice..Believe me I know for fact...Thank you David Parker....

p.s. im sure Gary can find Danny Smith somehwere and bet somethin if he really looked hard....

I agree for the most part

If Danny would have quit as soon as Gary got even then I wouldn't have said a word...but to ask to double the bet on his own break..then Gary agreeing..then he quits after the 1st game just sounds like a move...no biggie..JMO on it...don't know Danny but if he really had to go then he should have said..Hey let's flip a coin for break & let's play 1 more game...But doubling the bet for 1 barrel..well that speaks for itsself.
