sup yall,

apologies if this has been asked before or in the wrong place. figured the players in this forum would know the best.
Who does the best/most affordable refinish work out there?

Please post some suggestions, prices and contact info if possible.
thanks in advance!

And how much do they charge?

Probably a matter of opinion to some degree but still an interesting question. Not sure it is in the right section, some around here get a little bent about that stuff...not I though

Some suggestions (prices depend on what the cue needs...usually around $125-150 for a simple refinish w/1 shaft):

Ryan Theewan (RAT Cues): cuerepair@poolndarts.com
www.poolndarts.com

Scott Sherbine (Proficient Billiards): sales@proficientbilliards.com
www.proficientbilliards.com

Mike Webb...I don't have his contact info, but he is an AZB member

I certainly dont want any of my fellow AZers to get bent over this post soo maybe I should change the title of my thread to "WTB Refinish"

Maybe this....

"want to buy refinish from the best in the business" lol

An endorsement from Joe (Bamacues) is pretty strong though. Sure you can't go wrong with any of those suggestions. I have about half a dozen cues that could use some refinishing. Do these guys give group discounts??

I don't know that part...it doesn't hurt to ask, though, but don't expect too big a price break. A proper refinish is a lot of work. Many cuemakers refuse to work on another cuemaker's cues for a variety of reasons. While there are many other cuemakers out there who refinish cues, I have used both Scott and Ryan on numerous occasions, and have never been disappointed.

Mike Webb ain't no slouch, either....

Great suggestions from Bamacues. Here's another one we regularly use for our refinish work.

Refinish $150 and his work is always top notch.

Ryan(ratcues) for sure. Go to ask cuemaker section, look up oops thread, this will answer your questions.
