I don't care about effectiveness, I mean just plain ugly to watch. My vote goes to Allen Hopkins and Mike Davis

It was absolutely painful to watch a player they called "Jessie James" at the Reno Bar Table Championships a few years back ... He short-strokes the stick at least 20-30 times (really fast) before he shoots ... Someone on here must know this guy's real name ... It was so annoying, I had to leave the room whenever he played ...

And Danny "Kid Delicious" is also very painful to watch ...

I usually like to watch great pool matches before I go to play just kinda gets you in the mood to play. UNLESS its watching Allen Hopkins (hes a great player) but watching his mechanics will just get you dead out of stroke PERIOD!..............Dave

lol that made me laugh. but speaking of faces whilst down on the shot, shawn putnam has the coolest one. he looks badass.

Right...BUT it is a great hustler's stroke because it looks SO BAD that you would give him the 5 out and wouldn't have to break his thumbs for changing to a traditional stroke when the chips are down.

I won't name names but how about some of those guys in the DCC bank pool ring game? I never saw so many pokes, jabs, and jumping up on the shots!

My thoughts exactly,
Watching Allen Hopkins, I always think he is going to miss, he always looks like hes on the ropes
