I got mine in the mail 2 weeks ago and I'm sold on it. Your going to get the exact english you want on the cueball every time. I never have to second guess my tip(kamui med tan) or second guess where the cue ball is going to end up.
Just seeing who has tried it and if they like it. I used to go through a standard cube every couple months, and I'm not sure how long a kamui will last chalking every rack or two.
I sure love the chalk but I haven't had to replace it yet. 30 bucks is pretty steep in my pocket book.

I tried it. I found it a little thick and pasty so I washed it down with a bottle of "Hanks" water. Didn't taste bad also.

Chalk has nothing to do with how exact your english is.

I think Kamui Chalk should have its own sub forum.

I've tried it, it glides on like silk and covers every fiber of the tip. Wow, it feels nice. But it's pretty darn expensive. :o

Love it. I keep it in my case. I put a layer on then chalk with blue diamond the rest of the time. Another layer of Kamui every few games. If I miss a spot with the blue diamond during my quick pre shot routine I know there is a layer under there for backup. Should last me a decade.

I've had a cube of 0.98 in my case for about 6 months. It's overpriced like everything kamui, but it is useful. Mostly I use it as a base coat before a match and use master blue throughout.

I've had mine for about 5 or 6 months now and it is the only chalk I use anymore. I really like not having to stop and chalk between shots. I usually chalk at the start of the game and maybe once more during. Now would I spend $25 to buy another cube? The cheap guy in me says no, but the stubborn ba#@*d in me that doesn't like change will probably do it.

I bought some 1.21, never tried the .98, and I dunno if I would buy another at $30, but hey it's worth a shot i guess. Spent $30 on worse things. I will say that it feels great going on the tip, and we'll see how long it lasts.

I think a Kamui sub forum would be great lol. Then I could stop searching for who's tried it and what do they think of it :)
