I recall asking Pat Fleming this very question in the chat during one of the YouTube premieres and he said it’s Ed Culhane. I gotta imagine Stu is a very close second.
 
In Accustat chats, there has been a spectator sport of identifying Stu.

In some matches Stu is alone, sometimes he has coffee, sometimes he has two women with him.

The funniest comment I ever read was "he will need the coffee to stay awake with his two girlfriend later. That chat erupted after that one.
 
Stu is cool, I’m not sure when we first met. I very much like him, he’s seen lots of pool and his input and recollection of pool, pool players and history are very good. He’s an important part of pool. I always enjoy his insights and perspective on things, players, matches, what’s happing in the pool world. His experience counts for a lot.

We can sweat a match together at Derby City. I'm not difficult to find.
 
I just can’t get my schedule straightened out to make it to a derby. I’ve been rapidly checking things off the bucket list lately but entering the one pocket at the Derby remains near the top. Next year!

I see Fatboy in the stands occasionally too, but nothing compared to Stu. Probably the number 1 pool fan in the world. Who goes to more events?

obviously to be at so many matches he is a spy for an organization of suspected repute. he likely will be found at other locations on the internet using funny initials for a name or description of himself.
i would think it would be dangerous to approach.
