Coming from another very high end industry, it appears there are hundreds of custom cue makers. This tells me it isn't that hard to be average, the truly skilled always rise to the top!

Yes I'll admit I've not been exposed to many custom cue maker's so my list is short and sweet .

1. Scott Erwin I feel is very under rated and I really enjoy the cue I have of his .
2. Billy Saunders a true diamond in the rough made a fantastic true sneaky Pete cue .

My list should be very different if I had written this a few years ago, but after I started to play with number one on my list I rank some cues like this:
1. IQ Cues
2. Phillippi with IQ Cues shaft
3. Phillippi rebuild with IQ Cues shaft
4. Cognoscenti with IQ cues shaft
5. Schon cue from the 80s with IQ Cues shaft
