One very, very close to it is on the Jacoby site. Check "archives up to 2014". 0213-63. The cue in the op has a bit different rings at top and bottom of handle section.

i think this is the cue that had to go out for repairs, so there won't be one exactly like it on the their site, I don't recall what it was that had to get fixed, but it required some replacement of parts and wasn't put back together exactly the same way, handle segments maybe, I don't remember, the brother is hard on equipment at times
