who makes the best steel jointed plain jane under $600?

Contact Tommy(hangmhigh on AZ) He might be able to get you a PJ World Class Custom cue. That's the old Bill McDaniel shop. They play great.
thanks-jeff

Jeff Olney builds a great steel jointed plain jane for substantially less than $600.00

Jensen (Mike Johnson) also builds a fantastic steel jointed cue, and he does build some plain jane cues that would be around $600.00.

Another one I like for under $600.00 is Bob Frey.

There are several, but it's an interesting question because most of my steel jointed cues are either traditional looking 4-point cues, or sneaky pete's.
I bought 3-steel jointed sneakies Scruggs-Mottey-Runde, all for under $600.00 and they are all really good cues.

Can't believe I didn't think of an Olney steel joint, maybe because most of his are phenolic? I think it might be tough to get a Jensen for $600, but if you could, that would be a winner.

There has been a few steel joint Jeff Olney cues posted here on AZ.
I've played with one, and they are priced very reasonably, especially the plain Jane's like the thread is about.
I don't want to quote prices but they have been much less than $600.00

A plain Jane Jensen should be around $600.00 without points or inlays.
The reason I mentioned Jensen is I think his steel jointed cues play exceptionally well.
Add points and the price is definitely over $600.00

I have one

If you are looking for one of Jerry's cues with a steel joint, I have one. It has 4 points and 4 veneers with great ringwork.

I can get you close to $600 with a money back guarentee. Ask about me, I really do offer money back.

Ken
