I watched the 2006 Women's Challenge of Champions yesterday. I heard Dawn Hopkins refer to choking as when one holds their breath and their system becomes nervous all of a sudden and the pros are trained to acutally breathe slowly and calmly. I kind of sidetracked what she phrased so:
