where will this cue design technology lead us

No pictures but the Collector's Choice was won by Andy Gilbert.

People's Choice was won by Richard Black.

This year's theme was Burlwood. All the cues were auctioned off individually instead of as a group and they all sold.

Bill Schick donated the entire proceeds of his entry to the ICCS to help fund future shows. Mike Bender followed suit and donated all proceeds from his cue above $5000 and Roy Malott donated a JB Case to the auction with all proceeds to go to the ICCS.

Hopefully someone will show some pictures of the cues as a burlwood collection must be stunning.

Great for Andy, he has been runner up a few times. Congratulations to him and his wife, they are great cues and are wonderful people.

Andy's cue was great and Richard's was over-the-top in true Richard Black fashion... congrats to two great cuemakers... correction: I'll make that three with Vicki!

I do believe there were a couple of the Amboyna collection cues that did not sell.

The Richard Black cue that won was SICK, SICK, SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey John,,,

What a wonderful show of Class on behalf of Mr. Schick, Mr. Bender and Mr. Malott,,,maybe this will set a precesdence in the future to encourage cue makers, case makers and dealers to show the pool world what they are all about,,

What a great way to exude generosity and at the same time, benefit the ICCS !!

........Small Correction............

All the cues in the Special Collection sold Saturday afternoon. Average selling price in the auctions was over $5800, total just under $50,000. The Special Collection individual auction was a huge success, and enjoyed by everyone at the Show (especially the cuemakers who participated).

We will be doing it again next year, in royal fashion!

Take care Jamie,

Will

Major congrats to Andy Gilbert and Richard Black. Fantastic cuemakers and even more importantly fantastic people!!

Best,

I had the pleasure of seeing all of the cues Richard took with him at his shop about a week before the show. Awesome stuff. Wish I could have seen them all!

I would love to see pictures as well...I went to one in KC a couple years back and had a great time.
