Alex P was playing great and then he stoped why?
Then he came back to match up with SVB in three 10ball matches
Then he won the world pool tournment . but did not show up at the open.. So is he playing or what.
I saw he was over sea's , is he getting his game back up to speed..
Don't know but he is a very very good play and a great person .also.

Sometimes you play great, and the other guy plays like Superman.

Sometimes you can play perfect, but never get a roll.

I don't think Alex ever stopped playing great, it's just that rotation games are the only pro testing ground, and the luck factor is huge!

If one pocket and/or 14:1 were the games of choice, Alex would flat out KILL most of the great players of today.

he is supposed to be at DCC and he hasnt quit totally but he has found another avenue that could provide him with a better and more stable income and lifestyle but thats for him to disclose if he chooses to do so.

he is one of the greatest and loves it too much to ever totally quit

I thought I heard he was getting into poker, but he's still got a heck of a game on the table! Here's hoping to see him at the DCC again this year!

I feel what ever way he goes in life he will be well liked by many.

He has been back in the Phi for a while. He has stayed there to play in the Guiness tour as someone here said.

Unfortunately the final of the Guiness tour conflicted with the US Open. As I understand the Guiness final was a 16 player event with great prize money which would compare to the the US Open which was a 200+ player event with prize money not enough better to choose it.

Looks like he will be back for the Derby City Classic and we all know he will be ready to compete.
