Click USER CP at top of form, then scroll down half way Edit Options will be on the left and the ignore user menu is nested there.

As I get older, my patience gets lets and less. These days, I instantly put jackasses on ignore and my time online has become far more pleasant. I wish I'd started doing that years ago.
