Why would I choose Gecko?

I have used the Gecko 540 controller on all of my cnc projects over the past couple of years for several reasons. They make one of the best 4 axis controllers in its class. Recently I had one of the individual amps go bad in one. This is not normal. I opened up the controller (not hard to do) and noticed that the amp had a few burnt parts on it. When I spoke with Gecko, they informed me that I should just send back the amp. with their on-line return form printed out. They will check it out, repair it, and send it back to me for free. This is customer service. Well I ordered a new amp to get me by (one of the four in the G540) until the repaired one comes back. When I received the box I found an additional surprise.
