Willard Tipper machine collets

I have a couple of shaft that are in the 11mm to 11.5mm size range and the colletts supplied with the Willard won't hold the shafts tightly centered for gluing on the tip and consequently the tip goes on crooked.

Any information on where to buy colletts that will fit 11 to 12mm shafts and will work in the Willard will be appreciated.

I'm deeply embarrased to say NO.... I hadn't even thought of that. Not very creative thinking on my part.
