The second is black Palm.

It's wenge. Often misidentified as palm wood because they look similar. But they are very different woods.

Provided the pictures are true to the color of the cue and those are 4 different cues, from top to bottom guesses:
Mahogany
Bubinga
Wenge
Bubinga
The two Bubingas could be Wenge if the lighting is washing them out.

Yup. Very fine & smooth grain, like the finest of maple. It's light pink/tan in color. Pretty stuff & very, very hard.
