Very difficult without more detailed pictures of the grain. My best guess right now is bubinga, but that's almost a shot in the dark given the current pics.

Figured bubinga or possibly desert ironwood.

It looks like katalox, a central/south American exotic wood that is being used on some high end guitars as an ebony substituts for fret boards. It is a really nice dark brown wood with very subtle markings and good properties and works well for cues.
