Rooting for a City/Town or state, is allot more appealing to TV viewers and non pool players than watching safety play of two pros on TV when you know ZIP about either or the game itself. I feel confident in saying this aspect of BB ultimate SUCCESS is at its core. I'd Like to see the BCA Nationals become different. I'd like to see each state create ONE top eight ball team. From there create the Nationals with one, two or three or four teams total coming from each state. You could also invite ONE team from Each country around the Planet for the Nationals, that would be waaaaaaaaaaaaay cool. And the teams that Qualify for the State championships or Country championship, have FREE. room board and transportation for each Team. The dollars for these teams could be extracted from all the prior play and qualifying state/country events the past year. I'd love to see TX play Thailand or the Bahamas for the National/World 8 Ball Bar Table team Championships. When the states have their matches you could then just use Town names, like Lubbock against Austin, instead of Teds Ball bangers against Bob Bar Babes. I would also like to see Team Shirts made specially for each team representing their State.

Bonus Ball using City Names

I'd much rather go to the Nationals representing the city I live in. Teams should use city and state names to draw in More viewers and interest. Who gets excited when you hear the Wizards team is playing the Pour House, pool players maybe, but No One Else on the Planet, cept maybe locals from the league in their town. Chicago Pour House, against the Colorado Wizards definitely sounds better.

I always thought professional streaming of BCA and APA nationals matches would go over well. They obviously have huge fan bases.

I also think it's a good idea. However, I also feel that for the state championships, you have to prove residency in that state for 6 months, and be a legal citizen of the country you are playing for.

Then have the states play off for a National Title, then the National winner and maybe also second place play in a World Championship consisting of all the countries teams.

Me too, love to send one or two CO teams. One could also up the team count in a particular state because of population difference. Any state with over ten million residents would get Two teams for example. One could do and under fifty and an over fifty team events or?????????? Old guyz play pretty dam good 8 ball. And you could then have the under 50 and over 50 winners play for :grin::grin::grin:+++++ But yeah, it would be a hoot to win a Huge State Trophy, get free Room/Board/Transportation to the National/International event, THEN play for the cash.
