I'm only getting audio (John Virgo and Terry Griffith commentating) on table one via the BBC. (not really care about the Lee-Swail match) Luckily I have audio and video on table two (Ebbo-Cope)

Is anybody getting table one video via the BBC (not eurosport)?

Never mind, the BBC fixed it and I do now have video as well on table 1.

I've got a friend just outside of London who has setup his linux box for me to proxy through. (needless to say I'm not giving the world his IP and PW) However, a simple google search will give you lists of proxy servers.

Then to make sure you setup your connection right.
h##p://www.whatsmyip.org to figure out the IP the outside world sees.
h##p://remote.12dt.com/lookup.php to find out what country you're passing thru
 
I've got table one open in Real player, table two in windows media player.

I've got firefox setup thru the proxy and IE without proxy (it's faster that way) And I've got my PC hooked up to my 56" hidef so I can lay on the couch and watch. I only wish I knew how to figure out how to put the table one sound on stereo left and table two on the right. I'm muting one channel right now.

Of course, as of this moment I'm waiting for the evening session to start, so there's no snooker on either channel, just slides of the order of play on that specific table
 
I am using firefox. I paste in the link and it opens with real player. However, real player never connects. It tells me that it can't connect to the internet.

I also tried explorer, didn't work either.

My brotherinlaw tells me that explorer and firefox interferes with one another.

Don't know.:confused:
 
For the link to work, you absolutely need to have a proxy in the UK.
Even then real player seems to have a hard time with it and you have to connect several times before the packets don't get lost on the way here.
 
Don't think you get the commentary by Dennis Taylor that way though. Of course Scaramouche will have you covered, but you'd have to wait a few days, and you'd only get to see the centuries, not the safety battles.
 
Hey, I've been able to get eurosport. Very clear image!:) Carter vs Hawkins: has been a back and forth match.
 
Yeah, they're all gone... You've got to be a little cleverer about finding them. Open the window, right click-> properties copy and paste from there.

The channelsurfing.net has worked well all day.
 
I'm still watching the BBC with commentary. Very strong safety battles between ebbo and cope. Final frame: here we go!
