4-0 to Shane but he's also had 3 dry breaks in a row. Something's not working so far with the triangle rack. Let's hope he can figure out the break soon.
And yet another dry break. He's tried 3 different spots to break from now with no success.

Bijsterbosch blew his chance when he was down 7-6 and had BIH on the 6 with an open table, and inexplicably went for the 6-9 combo. He missed and never won another game.
Yes i was surprised he went for the combo w ball in hand n just 4 balls on a wide open table.
At first i tot the 7 didnt pass the 8 in the corner left but max shot it. He shld have went for the run out on that gime layout
That miss on the combo is brutal. Cost shane 2 games when he shld be up like 6-0

I don't think anyone has made a ball on the break the whole match (7 breaks) in Shane's match.
He must have thought the 7 going by the 8 was too tight, but as you say Max shot it so he was just wrong.
Correct.
And Shane's opponent looked a bit shaky coming out of the gate, so it's a shame Shane couldn't put him away early.
