The only tournament Allison has won this year was the Great Lakes Classic.

In 5 tournaments, Allison has won first once this year and placed second twice. Not too shabby.

In the past 12 months, she's won four tournaments.

Just so you know, Pan played snooker before pool and is pretty good at it. She was never a pro snooker player like Allison and Karen however.

Well then - let's get some snooker tables over here and start grounding our players properly!

Kelly's in the finals!

Kelly Fisher just beat Pan Xiao Ting and is in the finals. The other semi-final will be starting shortly.

Anyone know Liz Lovely?
Great name but have no idea who this is?

She is a cute well mannered 13 year old girl. About 5'-3" I would guess and slender. She plays at Airway in Dayton, which is frequented by players such as Eric Durbin, Jason Miller, Joe Brown, and forner champ George Rood. She won the BCA 14-and-under recently.

Liz was mentioned by Paul Harvey on one of his broadcasts about 2 years ago. I started a thread about that on CCB and Liz replied to it.

We went to the tourney room Friday at 11 am just to watch her match. I had never seen her play.

She is a young girl and she likes to let her stroke out just like a lot of the young boys do. Very very good shotmaker but just needs a bit more discipline in her game.

Pao left her two hanging 9's which accounted for Liz's first 2 wins. It was about 5-2 then and we really thought Liz was toast at that point so we went to lunch. Mush to our surprise we found out later she had come back and won that match.

She lost her next match to Gail Grecar.

Alice Rim and Jennifer losing in the first round. Oh and may be Janet Atwell beating Gerda!

I met Alice Rim last night. What a lovely lady she is. She played piano for us at the hotel bar

Jennifer's first loss was tough to watch. I don't think she would mind me saying that. She was palying flawlessly and then she just missed a couple crucial balls. Unfortunately they were 8-balls and her opponent was able to capitalize.

Jennifer did make some beautiful shots and runouts. She really knows how to play this game.

Janet Atwell made it to the final 16

I left 2nite @ 11. Sarah mada nice comeback. Was down 6-0, wasnt shooting well obviously. Won 9-8. Won the next one 9-5 or something like that.

After that comeback against Terri Mason, Sarah beat Tiffany Nelson 9-1 the next day

Sarah played almost perfect and Tiffany did not.

I will post a full report in the next couple of days hopefully
