i210mfu said:All our "girls" (Carol & Pam) in the US are the best we could have hoped for, period. Regarding Pam's game, she and Kristina our 16 Year old German player (8 & 9 Ball European Champion 2005 !!!)...have quite something in common. Which I would call a real desire to learn the game and succeed at it on championship level. Kristina just finished 5th at this years World Youth Championships in Austria on her first try !!
Best regards, and give Keith a hello from those strange Germans!!
Barbara, if something I was told is true, Pam is currently learning some "life stories" and she will be doing some growing up quite soon.Barbara said:Hey Listen,
I would love to see Pam succeed in the WPBA Tour, but someone has to step up and help coach her about life stories. I wish someone had done that for me when I was 17 and a champion in the sport I was succeeding in.

The opponent was a christian ( Robin Dodson) and as I was told that Jean used F word. The pro association imposed a fine of $250.Jean refused to pay and as a result she was not allowed to play.JAM said:One day when she got beat, her opponent made what seemed to Jean as a lucky shot, and when Jean told her she thought it was a lucky shot, the organization wanted to impose fines and punish Jean for the comment.

I thought she was banned for saying she was going to drill her opponent's ovaries in? I always found that funny.vagabond said:The opponent was a christian ( Robin Dodson) and as I was told that Jean used F word. The pro association imposed a fine of $250.Jean refused to pay and as a result she was not allowed to play.

kcpoolfan said:any news on karen corr? has she played yet?
vagabond said:Yeah, she played last night match starting at 10Pm.After driving 600 miles I wanted to have a beer and I went to the cocktail lounge( They were not allowing alcohol in side the tournament room. They will allow today)
Karen has very mild cold bug and not really feeling well.
Barbara said:Jean purportedly told Robin to "beat me with talent, not with luck!" and refused to play on. I'm sure the "F" word was used.
