WTB cue under $500

Why not add a few bucks and go for a new Ariel Carmeli merry widow? They are very well constructed and play as well as the pointed cues. There is a great selection of the cues in exotic woods right now and the shafts on them are really good (check out the high figure Brazilian Kingwood cue with superb shafts). Why ham and egg it with a used cue?

Got some nice offers so far but still looking. The AC is very nice but I have a friend in CA who is good friends with Ariel and can get me a great deal on one of his cues. Unfortunatly I'm a huge fan of ebony and snakewood and he does the best ebony and snakewood combo cues of any maker out there. (even with my friends discount I'd be well over the $500 spending limit my wife has imposed)
