I have nothing to do with the cue in the link I am providing below but will tell you this:

For $400 you will not find a better value *Anywhere*.

This cuemaker, Jeff Olney has a years-long waiting list (for a good reason) and here is one of his cues in great shape with a hoppe ring exactly in your range.

And oh yeah, the seller is pretty spectacular, too. :thumbup:
