Check with Prathers and see if they have what you are looking for. I know that they sell forearms with points and veneers and any other cue parts you can think of. Maybe you could custom order what you want if they don't have it in stock.

Here is an inexpensive rosewood blank. For high quality blanks, try Mark Bear or John Davis, but they will cost you.
