I am looking to purchase a Hoppe style cue (no bumper) Prefer maple forearm with ebony buttsleeve and ivory hoppe ring.....partial to GREEN Veneers and lighter weight cues also BUT will consider all......Looking to spend no more than $600

q street has one of the nicest hoppe cues ive seen. i would say it is almost exactly what you are looking for according to your specs. pm them and see if you like it. it is a little more expensive than what you want to spend, but trust me it is definately worth it.
 
I have a Murrell hardwood handle , with yellow . Cue has MEZZ extion made it too the butt .. pm let me know ...,

Your welcome. I think you may need to come stronger tho. You are asking for a pointed veneered hoppe cue for 600$. It's damn near impossible. And for it to be bumperless hoppe you are now looking for a needle in a field of hay. Not just a stack.

The fact I offered you this cue at 1000$ is gross. I have almost 600$ I to the build. It sold for 1500$ new and has barely even hit a ball.

Here is my breakdown
750 conversion 2 shafts
300$ blank
250 ivory joint
250 lizard wrap
75$ ivory hoppe ring
50$x2 ivory ferrules.
50$ upcharge for .050 silver rings

It build up fast. Even an economical cuemaker like say -R- you prob cant get a bumperless hoppe 4 pointer used for 600$. Bare bones cue. No ivory lizard anything. I saw economical meaning their work is far under priced.

Take a look at this cue. It is a 2000 Jensen Hoppe style cue. It is a 4 ptr/4veneers (black/yellow/red/ebony), leather wrap, ivory hoppe ring, 2 shafts with LBM ferrules (13mm, 12.8mm) with a single silver ring at the 5/16 14 SS joint. The butt is 15.6 oz, both shafts are 3.6 oz. Cue is 58" and both shafts have taper roll. The roll will not affect playability and is only about 1credit cards worth of roll. The Butt is near mint and the shafts have a few dings near the joint collar. This cue also comes with a set of custom joint protectors that are new. I think this cue is close to what you are looking for except for the veneer colors. I am asking 750.00 for the cue or trade + cash and/or offers. This cue will cost you 1200-1500 from Mike Johnson today. I also have a TNT J/B cue and a 2/4 Instroke case that I can include as a package for a few 100 more. Everything is either new or like new. Pm me for questions/offers/trades.

Thanks for the kind words cfrandy. This is a nice cue at a real good price. I am interested in trades + cash. Nothing is wrong with the cue except for the taper roll in the shafts. Neither tip leaves the table and the roll out is only about a credit card or so. If you would like to wheel and deal, I will hook you up with a sweet hitting cue. Only reason I am selling is because I want to try a 3/8 10 or 3/8 11 jointed cue with a wood to wood joint.

I have a Jerry Rauenzahn cue for you , I've send you email. maple forearm, ebony points and green vaneers. everything is close to your conditions except a weight at 19.9oz. but it's adjustable.
