Im looking for a Shaft for my Friend with a phenolic tip and ferrull. The cue is a players Jump Break quick release.

I have a Predator BK1 shaft that has been tapered and has the phenolic tip and ferule . It is a uni lock . I would take $125 shipped for it .

i belive the players qr is different from the uniloc qr. are you saying you had the original taper, tip and ferrule changed?

The Shaft Needs To Be A Plaers Shaft. They Use There Own Unique Qr Joint.

Just a thought but, you can buy a new Players J/B with the phenolic ferrule/tip combo pretty reasonable

for the price you might as well buy a new j/b. it's not that big a price difference.

Do the unilock shafts on the J&J cues website fit? They're pretty cheap. I bought the XS/SB-1 Spark Break shaft for my J&J 4414 jump/break cue, it's working well for me. I don't need anything high-end for a j/b cue.

buy a J&J break/jump for $60-65. I have bought 2, one for me and one for my brother, and I bought a 2nd shaft for mine for $30.

So I have a break/jump with 2 shafts for less than $100.
