He's not undering cutting the product. Thats the price that they sell it for when you buy a machine so they sell it to most people for that anyways.
 
It's advertised at $110. Retail plus shipping. Also They should be willing to warrantee the product regardless. It's only a wrap press. Whats gonna break anyways? I have had my other wrap press for 13 years.
