Looking to trade my Dishaw. It's a very nice cue, just want to try something different. Cue is in 99.9% condition. Test hit on one shaft and 3 hours play on the other. Weight ~19.5 oz and 13mm tip on both shafts. Pics really do speak volumes about the cue:

Don't know much about dishaw cues. We may do something, i have 2 other people interested in the cognocenti. Should know by tomorrow. Thanks, casey

No, it's "ivory alternative". This is one of his "Gallery Cues". This version sells for $2,300, the ivory version is $3,200...

Will trade for Schon, Joss (gold letter only), McDermott (B,C,D series only), Adam, Meucci (original only), Pechauer, and Mezz of equivilent trade value. Will give my wholesale (~1,800) against your retail.

 Never seen much about Dishaw cues but they're definitely on my wish list now! I'm a sucker for Ebony, Ivory/alt Ivory (basically white - lol) and a MAJOR sucker for floating points.

I see that some of the options on this cue are different than the default listed on the website - was Mr. Dishaw open to the alterations? Also, could you describe the hit of the cue?

I sadly can't afford the cue - best of luck with the sale though! Someone is going to be a happy happy camper... :D

I had the identical Dishaw but with Uni-loc QR joint. Mine had 4 shafts. I bought it from a well known pro in Texas. I let a few AA players hit balls with it and my 3 other top cues I had. Everyone liked the Dishaw as the best hitting cue of the bunch. Even though Dan cookie cuttered the design of some of his cues to offer a line of pre-built models, they are constructed, feel, and play as good as any one of a kind customs. Real solid cues and the alternate ivory looks like it has veins in it, so there is only one way you can tell the difference between it and real ivory. Nice cue.. Don't know why you would want to trade for a Joss Gold letter , Schon, McD, Moocheesi. Serious trade downs, IMO. I have had Schons, Rundes, and the like and a nice Runde or top level Schon would be a closer trade. Any way you go, good luck.

I guess somebody will get a good deal then. Honestly, at this point in my life, with the cues I have, I'm not really worried about trading up or down. I really just want what I want. I have probably $20K in cues now, if somebody has a really nice schon, gold letter joss, old mcd, adam, old meucci original, then they have something that would be fun for me. I really don't care about trading up or down, just ask some of the folks I've traded with....

You mention the cue is 99.9% condition what's the 0.1%? I have a 22+ year old schon with three original shafts, ivory ferules and one 314 2nd generation shaft as well. I have just ordered a Richard Chudy cue all ebony with ivory joint and ivory but cap with a ring tail lizord wrap. It won't be done til around October. I was planning on holding the Schon until the rc3 was done, then sell the Schon and order another Chudy. Can you send more pictures of the dishaw cue to dunnvnea@gmail.com. Include your email and I can send pictures of the Schon to you.

Trader refused to send traded cue at the same time I sent mine?????? If you're not will willing to send at the same time as me, please look elsewhere. I think my feedback here and on eBay speak for themselves.

So cue is still up for trade. DunnM1 please send pics of the Schon to jhendri2@pldi.net
