Your best playing production cue

Had a couple Falcons in the mid 90's that played pretty jam up!

For the price, they are a great option to a Joss. I had an early 90s Joss Limited and have a Falcon now, can't tell much at all between them from how the inlays are done to the wood look and quality. Even their designs are similar.

Very impressed with my Predator sneaky pete w/3rd gen. shaft; cost less than $500, beautiful cue plays great; also happy with my Pechauer sneaky; got such a good deal on it used bought one of his LD shafts - but my favorite is my McDermot Voyager - beautiful, classic old McDermot bought used in perfect shape came with a Predator 1st gen shaft for $400!!!

I love older Falcon shafts.
My C-series McDermott is pretty hard to beat.
I have a Julio Stambolini made by Adam that is spectacular.

My Sal Rich cue plays like my old Tim Scruggs.

My late 60’s Palmer has been dubbed plastic fantastic due to the buttsleeve and the way it plays.

My Falcon made Brunswick plays like a good Schon.

I have lots of great playing production cues. I sell the ones I don’t ply well with.

Howdy All;

Have a late 70's Meucci MO-3, fantastic shooter that I used through the 80's and into the early 90's.
moving along I've had a few others that played 'nice'. Near the beginning of this year I bought a used
Mueller Sneaky (Bacote), it came with a shaft that was supposed to be it's orig. but after sending it to
RAT Cues for a new tip I was told it was the original. Bought a new shaft from Schmelke with a 1/2"
Tomahawk furruel with a Triangle tip @ 13mm.

I now understand what all the good verbiage was about
when these were the go to Sneaky to have.

I wanna try some Schmelke but I can't get a response. 2 month lead time is all they say. NO dialogue on specifics of the work. They must be real busy.
I have a Schmelke I'm considering selling. PM me and we can discuss if you're interested.

I have found very good playing cues in many "production " cue companies including : Pre 1995 Palmer cues, Pre 1997 Meucci cues, Adam cues, Huebler cues, McDermott cues. I have found, if you try enough of them, you can find a few good playing cues from almost any " production" cue total output. I have an Imperial cue ( 1998) and another smaller name production cue from the early 1990s that have 2 of the best playing shafts I have ever owned- go figure!

My first choice - however is Huebler- at least the two that I have owned matched up in hit quality to any other $1,000+ custom that I have owned.

Plain jane Adam "FG" early '80's model. Both the joint and shaft are stainless steel made. It is the best hitting Adam I've owned since 1990. It's the one on the left.Noy fancy but it would kill me to lose it.
