Your Dream SP Collection?

Just curious. Has anyone who couldn't be beaten with a warped house cue ever been duped by a "sneaky pete."?????????

Im sure of it. Dont you play better with a real cue? I know I do. The hustling part of it is kind of corny but having a nice cue is not.

I like the idea of a raw great hitting cue without the looks. Kind of like a crappy looking street-machine. In hit for the buck they are sometimes great.

Having said that im a fancy-cue lover myself. :)

They're ugly to me.

Please.
If it has no ivory inlays, veneered points and piloted stainless steel joint, it's not pretty.

LOL.....Joey...please put the crack pipe down & slowly back away. I know its a holiday....but enough is enough.:D I don't think you'd put a steel joint on one of your cues if the Pope ordered it.:D

My friend you...like myself....are more than capable of building your own "dream sneakie". Before I was a cuemaker I owned and played with many high end dream cues...SW, Cogs, TS....just to name a few. While they were all beautiful, expensive, well made highest quality cues...I now play with my own well used 2006 Varney hustler...and I've yet to hit one single ball and wish I had one of those cues back instead. While its true that I'm very used to my sneaky & it simply feels like home...I have on occasion had the opportunity to hit a few racks with some of my old cues and more often than not, I wondered how I even played with some of them. Of course my taste in what I like in a cue are much more fine tuned now...so I can build more to suit my preference. The one cue that stands out in my mind as absolute elite playability....was a crooked old BEM SW pacifier with the yellow Micarta ferrule.:)

my sneakies

Mike Lambros, Paul Mottey , and a Stacey. Nothing like a sweet hittin sneaky.

Cheers

I just can't. Dreaming about sneaky petes seem like dreaming about them polygamist women...They may be great for what they're supposed to do but they are soooooo plain lookin.

What are you talking about ! Those polygamist women are HOT!
