Your dumbest question

I have dumb question. Just because I own Jumper Cables does that mean I might start something?

Whatever. Plenty of both to go around.
Much more of the latter than the former. I’ll never fault someone for asking but I will fault them for not listening, considering, comprehending, and critically evaluating. The bigger issue to me is assuming you already know it all and acting superior.

Which pocket is mine?
I play one pocket with the same guy every Saturday and both of us being old that question was asked way too much.
So we decided I would always have the right pocket and him of course him the left.

I had a kid ask me if left handed players should use opposite English than a right handed player.
That’s pretty funny.

I can maybe see asking that question if you don’t know anything about pool.

I didn’t really play pool when I was a kid but I had been on a table a couple times. I didn’t know how to cut a ball somehow. Like now that I know how, it seems impossible to have not understood it...

But I just never got it and never really tried, then when I was maybe 14-15 my friend had this pool video game, and it showed the cue ball’s line of aim, and the corresponding direction the OB would go. I watched him move the CB line left...and the OB line went right. A little further left...and the OB would go a little further to the right 😱🤯

I vividly remembered that when I decided to become a badass of billiards. Aim left to go right. So that’s probably my dumbest question I never even asked.
